Famous for the church of Panagia Ekatontapiliani, Paroikia is the largest region of Paros, the main port and the capital of the island. Paroikia is a typical Cycladic settlement, with small white houses, old churches with blue domes and stone-built alleys, that create Chora. Paroikia offers a vivid nightlife with many bars, but also retains interest during the day with many shops, cafeterias and restaurants, most of which are located alongside the beach, in the port area.
One could really say that Naoussa is a truly Cycladic diamond. With traditional, authentic architecture, it becomes an attraction for thousands of travelers every year. Naoussa offers a wide variety of taverns, ouzeri, bars, shops and its amphitheatrical shape is a target for any camera.
Paros, one of the most cosmopolitan islands of the Aegean Pelagos, is highly developed and offers all the amenities one seeks during their vacation. More specifically, in Paroikia and Naoussa you will find ATMs, banks, supermarkets, health center, pharmacies and gas stations. Restaurants and taverns are located in Paroikia and Alyki, about 15 minutes away from Fragoulis Village by car, while the bus stop is just 50m away from Fragoulis Village.
Paros State Airport is located in the area of Voutakos, Agkairia, Paros. Air flights to Paros are operated from various areas of Greece, however there are direct flights only from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport of Athens, about 45 minutes.
